This class is NOT a lesson, it's a Water Experience.
We welcome BOTH parents to the water to enjoy babies first swims together 💙
⭐️ Lights are lowered with peaceful background music
💦 This is a very relaxed class for you to introduce your baby to the water.
💦 I will be poolside to demonstrate parent holds and moves, offer guidance if needed and capture the precious moments on your camera phone.
💦 Maximum of 3 babies in the pool
💙 Hydrotherapy Pool, water temperature 32c with air temperature higher
💙 Warm showers and a bath provided for baby
💙 Pay per class, book 1 or as many as you wish

These classes run on a Saturdays and Tuesday afternoon at Tiverton School, Coventry
These classes are perfect for babies aged between 4-12months and their grown up.
We teach parents different holds and moves so little one is in the comforting arms of their grown up at all times.
Watch their confidence grow by using activities and songs to develop important skills such as:

Parent & Toddler Age 1-2.5yrs

These classes run on Saturdays and Tuesday Evenings at Tiverton School Coventry
These classes have been designed for Toddlers aged 1-2.5yrs and their grown up.
We use parent holds and moves while little one is building confidence and learning to move through the water. We start to introduce the use of noodles.
Watch toddlers confidence grow by using repetitive activities and songs to develop important skills such as:

Parent & Little One Age 2.5 - 4yrs
These classes run on a Saturday morning at Tiverton School, Coventry
These sessions have been designed for little ones aged between 2.5 and 4 years and their grown up.
We continue to use parent holds and moves and also introduce back floats and arm discs to encourage independent swimming.
We use activities and songs to develop important skills such as:

Beginner with Parent Age 4 years+
These classes run on Thursday afternoons and Saturday Morning at Tiverton School, Coventry
These sessions have been designed for little ones aged 4 years and above (3.5yrs if progressing from our LittleOnes Class)
They are perfect for children who have already developed water confidence but not quite ready for independent lessons and would still prefer their grown up with them.
We still have a few songs and games but the majority of the lesson is practicing tecnique, swimming in lengths, getting the child ready for independent lessons.
We continue to teach:

💦 Enter and Exit

And introduce:

Confident Beginner Age 4years+
Independent Lesson - Parent to sit pool side
These classes run on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon at Tiverton School, Coventry.
Maximum 3 children per class
These classes have been designed for children aged 4yrs and over who have had experience in the Swimming Pool, confident being splashed and can move freely around the pool wearing swimming aids without feet touching the floor.

💦 Rolling over
💦 Introduction to Breast Stroke legs
Your child will start this level wearing a swim belt and arm discs which will be reduced gradually when they are ready.
By the end of this level they will be able to confidently swim 5 metres front and back paddle and float without wearing any swimming aids.
(This level matches Stage 1 and 2 of the Swim England framework)
I have chosen to group as Confident Beginner rather than 2 separate stages because:
💙 Only 3 children per class means I can accomodate children of different ages and abilities,
💙 Staying in the same class for longer means children get friendly with others in their class,
💙 No need to move class when they reach the 'next stage' - less organising for parents.

💦 Warm Enviroment
Water is set to a toasty 32c with the air temperature being higher which means no shivering for your little ones.
💦 Small Groups
We have a maximum of 4 parent/child pairs and 3 children in independent lessons in the pool at one time. It is a small, quiet pool. There are no other swimming lessons taking place at the same so no distrations for little ones.
💦 Clean Changing Areas
We have separate male and female changing areas with warm showers, 1 private and one open in each area.
💦 Walk in steps for easy entrance and exit
💦 Plenty of onsite, free parking
💦 Poolside viewing area for one additional adult.
